The Status of your order: -

Once you order has been placed on the site, you will receive emails from our Customer Services Department which aim to keeping you up to date with the status of your order and where your goods are in the picking and despatch process.

You can check the status of your order any time you want, all you need to do is login to your account by clicking on "Log In" and logging in, then you need to click on "my orders" - all your past orders can be found here. 

Order Status - "Awaiting Card Transaction"

This becomes your order status when you have selected the products that you would like to purchase, but you have not yet made the payment. If this is the status of your order, then all you need to do now is checkout, once you have checked out successfully your order status will be updated to "Pending".

Order Status - "Card Transaction Payment Failed"

This means that there has been a problem taking payment from the card you used for making payment when you placed the initial order. This will mean that we have been unable to take the money from your account for the order placed. We will try and contact you via email and the telephone number on your account when this happens, but we can only hold your order on our system for 24 hours assuming we can not get in contact with you. Unfortunatley we can not hold the order on the system any longer as we can not guarantee the stock will still be available. Please accept our apologies for this, but 72 hours is as long as we can guarantee stock for orders thats payments have failed. This is due to the problems in the past of customers taking over 7 days to contact us over this matter. We apologies for any problems that this may cause. 

Order Status - "New Order Awaiting Processing"

This means that your order has been received and is waiting to be picked by our pickers and packers. We make every effort to check the quality of the parcels we send out before they are shipped and to see that they are correctly and appropriately packaged and addressed for the customer.

Order Status - "Dispatched"

This means that our pickers and packers have located, checked, packaged, and delivered your goods to our couriers the courier will then attempt to delivery the goods within the given time frame.

Order Status - "Awaiting Stock"

This means that we have accepted your order but we are currently awaiting the delivery of the product. You will be informed via email if your order is given this status. If you have any queries about your backordered item(s), or are unprepared to wait for the goods to arrive with us, our customer services team will be happy to help. Please email us and we will respond promptly.

Order Status - "Pre-order Successful"

This means that you have placed a pre-order for an item that is due into stock shortly. You will be notified as soon as this item comes into our warehouse, and we will ship the item to you immediatley. Please note you will only be charged once we have recieved the item into our warehouse and it has been shipped.
